Efficiently monitoring competitors

Our internal database system, which is connected to the official databases of the patent offices, permits efficient monitoring of the competition.
Our recipe for success here is to identify all third-party property rights which arise as prior art in the context of grant proceedings in respect of our clients’ patents, and to combine this information with standard patent searches and competitor monitoring operations on the basis of the International Patent Classification (IPC) or on the basis of keyword-based monitoring operations.

Because of this, we are able to assess and analyze the property rights of our clients’ competitors in a partially automated manner. This procedure provides a particularly cost-effective and precise way of monitoring the competition.
